Pros

Slack is a great product but as with any company getting acquired by a large company, there are pros and cons.

Cons

Product integrations between Slack and SF haven't gotten there yet.

Pros

- senior management can be helpful and get involved in your deals to help move them forward. - pension is good - progression is good. - focus on professional development normally but as of the last year there has been an internal and external hiring freeze so no one can move anywhere.

Cons

- more enablement than necessary. - cannot get your pipeline creating job done because of how many internal meetings and enablement there is. - immense pressure and scrutiny over pipeline creation (infuriating given the above situation). - you know you're just a number here. Hit your targets and you'll be okay.
