Pros

Free climate and easy to communicate.

Cons

It was great before the acquisition, including benefits, but the integration with Salesforce made everything worse.

Pros

- People - first and foremost you will not find better people than here at Slack, the kindness, empathy first approach to everything cannot be matched - Product - our product is incredible, it's a wonderful technology that innovates and stays ahead of consumer needs - digital first - Flexibility - when I first joined I noted how all of the parents calendars were blocked early morning 9-930 shifts to drop their kids off - I love this! Overall flexibility for everyone is fantastic - Leadership - best leadership I've every witnessed - leading with transparency and empathy even through challenging times and huge shifts between an acquisition and tech as a whole + marco-economic climate. They really do care about their people and the wellbeing - Fun - it's a really fun place to work!

Cons

- There has been a lot of change, not necessarily a bad thing just a different perspective and ways of doing things
