We have a really well defined and great career pathway for our Sales team at SiteMinder that encourages employees to grow from SDR level all the way through the Senior Business Manager. Our customer teams are eligible for a salary review twice per year, as you have only been with us under a year, you may have missed the first one. We recently rolled out an amazing career path for our customer teams which reviews each employee against the key competencies which drive a great experience for our customers as well a great team spirit. Employees are reviewed twice per year and have the opportunity to undertake learning to support their growth, in addition to a promoted job level and salary.
