Great culture but toxic upper management

Pros

Working there is great if you are on the Sales floor or in positions such as Onboarding. People are fun to be around, the overall atmosphere is great, the company offers many benefits and perks - I'd give it a 5/5 if it wasn't for the management.

Cons

If you want to go into upper management, things get more messy and toxic. Many lies and no transparency, people playing out their power regardless of how it affects the employees and regional managers.

* work from home 3 days a week * most of the ppl are nice

Cons

* Business has a natural ceiling. The company is the largest in the specific industry but still not quite big. Need to look at more to grow outside of the box.
