      Pros

      SiteMinder is just a great place to work. It has exciting products, flexible working and great benefits including stocks. The people are friendly, inclusive and when we get together for events we have fun. Everyone works well together with little politics. The executive team are experienced, supportive and are taking the business in the right direction.

      Cons

      It can be very hectic. SiteMinder is not the place to work if you dont like constant change and cant handle working on a lot of things concurrently.
