      Pros

      Colleagues are fun to work with and I learn a lot. The technologies are modern and the company is full of passionate engineers. Attendance is not strict, you just have to make sure you do your part.

      Cons

      Philippine market limits your salary. Even though it is pretty high in the Philippines, it is still very cheap compared to Australian based salaries with the same talent/skills/knowledge. The annual salary increase based on performance is quite low (even if you did well), so job hopping is still an option if you want your salary to increase faster

      A very good company so far with no major issues. There are always challenges to solve in the company and you will get chances to work on them. Good career progress so far

      Cons

      Nothing major - it would be nice to get more salary rises based on the rapid increase in inflation
