Hello! thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It's great to hear that you feel you had autonomy in your role and how to manage your workflow. I'm sorry to hear that you felt our benefits package was not as competitive as some other companies. It's true that benefits can vary from company to company but we feel we have a good overall offering including Pension, Healthcare, EAP , Travel perks and generous Leave offerings including birthday leave. Volunteering days off, study leave , long service leaves, family leaves, Equity programme and very importantly our open working hybrid work model. Inevitably if comparing individual items, we may have a more or less favourable offering but looking at the full package we feel we have a competitive benefits programme. We really do appreciate the feedback and will continue to benchmark our benefits programme. Best of luck for the future .
