      Environment is nice and could be fun to spend time at the office.

      Cons

      Some managers are a joke, most of their manager has no experience. They want to show their power by pushing people down and making employees feel unworthy

      Good team spirit. Good direct managers.

      Poor communication with other departments. Dismissal of improvement suggestions by management.

      Pros

      Great office , friendly colleagues.

      Cons

      Huge rotation / employee turnover. Management is a joke (careless , they don't know how to manage a team , don't set proper expectations , don't give any training / feedback ). Call center vibes . You will spend 90% of your time cold calling properties ( most part of those "leads" are super bad quality . I.e already contacted , closed it or not interested , so you will basically be loosing your time / energy . Very draining.
