Nice place to work if you don't mind the low salaries

Pros

Great life/work balance. Nice management and culture. Health care is paid as a benefit and shares but you get no profits per year. Nice and clear culture. But they are now asking people to go to the offices at least 4 days a week, which is not the ideal.

Cons

Asking/requiring to go back to office work, no bonus pay or profits.

Lovely co-workers, great gathering together and activities outside office hours.

Cons

Toxic environment, management not really supporting their employees and very poor communication.
