      Human, authentic company. Great to work for

      Pros

      Management/Leadership tend to be authentic, relatable and human with good communication skills. The people at SiteMinder in general are incredible. Most really do care, and want to make every work day a good work day. I’m also really proud that the company’s CPO put out a statement and several benefits that show diversity and inclusion is important to SM. Amazingly proud to see her leading the moral path when other tech companies are faltering in this space. 👏

      Cons

      Usual pressure of a corporate environment. Especially one that’s publicly listed, but the current leadership team all the way up to CEO is a really positive one IMO and they make you feel seen and supported.
