Started out seeming pretty promising however it quickly began to fade

Pros

Flexible hours in training. Employees are funny although all of them are disgruntled and broke due to lack of commissions. What you are told when you are hired is a complete fallacy.

Cons

Micromanaging like you wouldn't believe. Quotas double monthly when no one is hitting them unless they are fed inbound leads to the favorites. Company culture is supposedly fun, but they watch everything you do. Monitor and listen to your calls in their free time for "coaching" aka reprimanding. High daily call minutes requirement. You are selling to an industry that is not receptive. Even if you do get a sale the back end support is not interested in helping you keep it so you often lose your sales when they go to training. The product is over priced and you often lose sales to competitors charging a tenth of what we do. High stress, low reward. 5 months later and not a single commission check. I made a wrong career decision and I'm trying to prevent others from doing the same.

Pros

None that I would recommend

Cons

No prospects for career development, no training. Some people more equal than others. Quite a sexist environment to work in.

Pros

The culture here is amazing, and 'literally' everyone here seems happy. Everyone works together, and openly shares input and ideas. Management is also key here - they're great. All the way from the director to the team leads, they all show an interest in each employee's growth and potential. If there is something you want to do, maybe join another team, do things a more efficient way, they'll help get it done. Also, the office is amazing, as is the coffee maker.

Cons

Have not seen any yet, although, traffic was a little intense at first. You get used to it, though.
