      Pros

      Very relaxed culture. SOME of your peers are tolerable. If you show effort you won't get fired.

      Cons

      Leadership is... very questionable. You have 1 good leader in LATAM but none in North America. No Hospitality professionals. Just people trying to further their own agenda. The company does not like to spend money on events, people, or anything really. Hard to be competitive when talent is leaving every 6 months and we can't attend trade shows. The sales floor is very similar to hanging out in a living room of a frat house.

We have recently on-boarded a new VP, Sales and three additional Regional Sales Managers in Amers to support both new and existing teams. We are also investing in the development of our sales reps and have recently created a dedicated sales training function. We know that things aren’t perfect, but our eNPS scores give a real sense that people enjoy working at SiteMinder.       Very specific industry. Not for everyone

      So far none. I have been here for almost 2 months and everything is going great.
