Infosys bought Simplus and Infosys continues to replace talent with other people from Infosys in a slow and painful transition that will leave Simplus a hollowed out shell of its old identity. Further, the company has frozen bonuses and raises. Add on to that the company decided to switch healthcare for several combined business units and did not simply add the business units to the larger Infosys health plan.
