      Independence, possible to shine if you have bare minimum consulting skills

      Cons

      No consulting maturity around process, documentation, or management. Very low quality work is delivered to clients due to a lack of expertise, very high turnover, and poor collaboration with the largest part of the workforce, which is offshore. Executives and middle management are mediocre, but loyal, so that means we're stuck with the same lack of vision. To top it all off, we've been sold out to Infosys, and it's clear no one is happy about that other than the investors. No real diversity unless you count the offshore resources in the Philippines.

      No real top level leadership. Other partners in Sydney growing fast but somehow Simplus isn't.

      We appreciate your candid feedback. Simplus Leadership is looking forward to our kick off meeting later this month and working together to improve Simplus Australia. We regularly survey staff and are taking their feedback onboard. In terms of revenue growth we do not comment publicly, but we are pleased with our growth post-COVID and are looking forward to a solid year of growth in 2021.
