      Pros

      Working with Simplus means working with experts and flexible salesforce professionals. Free salesforce certification and compensation upon passing the certification. The company has a maximum of 2 Work from Home privilege per week. Lots of career opportunities and growth. Employee career care is their goal towards success and creating a better culture.

      Cons

      Night shift is the only shift available for new hires and switching other shifts may need additional approvals.

      Pros

      There's work-life balance and opportunities to work from home twice a week. Good benefits. No politics, from my observation by far. And everyone really works as a team. You can ask for help from anyone and they would eagerly help you out if they have time.

      Cons

      If you prefer to work with your office-mates face to face, it might be a challenge as people would be working remotely throughout the week.
