      Good brand, big name. Good work life balance

      Horrible management with slave like herding.. barely any evolution to except and too much aggressive behavior in interdepartmental relations.. too much backstabbing intra department.

      Multi cultural environment Possibility to know different countries International exposure Diversity of projects, mainly die to the lack of people and resources, you have to change between functions

      Cons

      Low salaries Short term mentality of senior managers More and more politics in the company. This changed drastically in the last 5 years. Declining working environment Difficult to get promotions, specially in Switzerland. If so, normally they don't come with the respective increase in salary

      Pros

      Schedule, holidays off, end of year bonuses, benefits, uniforms provided, safety glasses and shoe allowance.

      Cons

      Management is terrible, take advantage of the good workers, hire people who can’t do the job, mangement picks and chooses which safety rules need to be followed, management how’s no clue how the machines work or what finished product should look like. Usually understaffed for workload.
