company policies not good, working environment is okay, no growth, no development, hard to get things moving, complex structure, not alot of team work, facilities are not great, no system

Great job, good hours in the a.m shift, nice bonus system, yearly raises, profit sharing end of year, helpful employees, positive employees, and few very knowledgeable employees who foster positive culture. Active safety team and good employee- employee vibes.

Cons

Low morale, accountability can be too strict and unfair depending on person and depending on who is the supervisor/management. Write ups and escalations arent consistent between employees/ management making it bias.
