      height of groupism spoiling the company culture, regional and global senior management turning blind eye non performance promoted, seems MBCC has acquired sika in india company in hands of novices, without industry experience, but behaving like consultants careers of long serving loyal employees are traded to promote careers of a close few to local top management

      partiality and unfair treatment to a certain group of employees by new management , disrespectful behaviour on emails and calls, senior management treat the company as private own company
