      Pros

      Great global exposure, if you are able to get to a certain level in the company, or be part of the "good ole boys club".

      Cons

      Traditional viewpoint on work. Inability to take feedback or try different approaches to working. HR is very antiquated and doesn't truly take the employee into consideration, and is severely understaffed. The company takes legal risks to their advantage; RIF's are done without specific consideration, investigations and EEOC claims are dismissed unless you get a lawyer, they don't pay bonuses if they can get away with it.

      Pros

      Schedule, holidays off, end of year bonuses, benefits, uniforms provided, safety glasses and shoe allowance.

      Cons

      Management is terrible, take advantage of the good workers, hire people who can’t do the job, mangement picks and chooses which safety rules need to be followed, management how’s no clue how the machines work or what finished product should look like. Usually understaffed for workload.

      Management plays favorites and doesn't communicate effectively to everyone else that is not their "favorite". blatant promotes certain individuals that are not equipped to handle the position.
