      Pros

      The more you travel the more work you are doing in the company.....if you enjoy travelling...this is a company for you.

      Cons

      Extremely poor management.....prefers people who love politics.....if you are not a German...leave the company....good for Germans though....the CEO actions are matters of discussion all over the company....he famously said" I have done my job, now it's your turn to perform or leave the company"

      Interesting projects, a good international network, possibilities of international employment, attractive employment conditions, active culture to move things forward

      Limited promotion possibilities especially on an international level, certain structures need modernizing
