      Pros

      A cosy small factory for those who prefer such environment.

      Cons

      No robust business processes in place at logistics side. No integration between different departments. Some managers require to receive extensive training on both theory in their functional area as well as soft skills of how to manage a team. There are some micro managers. My boss was timing how many minutes I spend at toilet.
