      people are nice, office is modern

      Cons

      pays well below average for similar companies in zurich, feels like they don't care about retaining talent. of course, labor laws regarding max working hours are not respected unless you work at the plant

      - Great people to work with, culture is strong - Depending on role, travel and travel benefits are a plus - Hybrid work schedule if you are not in R&D

      Cons

      - Raises are minimal if existent, does not keep up closely with Cost of Living or Inflation rates - Pay compared to competition is very low for the same, if not easier work - PTO is only 2 weeks for new hires and only after 5 years do you get 3 weeks. Everything within the rules and culture aligns with the Swiss corporate headquarter structure EXCEPT the PTO.
