Pros

Brand recognition Wide varity of product Good benifits

Cons

This post is about the eastern commercial construction division only. After 6 months only, the management was an absolute nightmare and micromanaging a daily routine. There is no room for personal growth or creativity because if you dare to give your input, you will be squashed. The constant yelling and the psychological harassment have been used serval times. I have addressed this matter at the HR that the old-fashioned ineffective methods were no longer the right way to manage people. Things where changing for a couple of days and they kept coming back afterwards. No doubt in my mind that this is a Narcissistic Personality Disorder type of management because this type of managers value themselves by belittling others. Nevertheless, if dismissing a narcissistic pervert helps restore harmony in the company in the short term, it is necessary to question the dynamics that allowed the toxic individual to climb the ladder in the company.

We are disappointed that you had a negative experience with our organisation, as this is not the kind of experience we want our current and previous employees to have. We are constantly working with our managers to provide them with the best coaching and support to enable them to do their job effectively. We wish you good luck in your future endeavors.

Pros

In this program, they take care of all your living expenses, costs with relocation, and provides you with all the technologies you need (phone, laptop, desktop, etc.).

Cons

They will fly you out to one of their worksites in the US and make you stay there for 6 months. You will have no say for what department you want to work in. For example, I was a business major and they put me in a chemistry lab. The company has very poor management and the managers are usually out of town 4/5 days of the week. At the start of this role there is no organization and you sit there doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for a whole month. If you are ambitious, hardworking, or care about good company culture.. I do not recommend this role. They hired and fired me within a month because of "budget cuts". You would think that companies invest in their young leaders but this company has such poor management that I worry about what would happen in the future. They laid me off because they did not need an extra employee in R&D but if they had put me in any other department I would have been fine. They also moved me from SoCal to the East Coast and gave me 5 days to pack and fly back home.
