      Pros

      Great place to work. Great opportunities and hard work is always rewarded. A company that really values its people and principles.

      Cons

      Needs to increase our hiring strategy to better embrace diversity. Current situation with a hostile takeover bid a worry, however very confident that the board and senior management will win through.
