      You get to wear many hats, which exposes you to different aspects of management (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, etc.)

      Cons

      Swiss processes can be complicated and require a long time to implement an idea or an action, which can be annoying sometimes.

Our corporate team in Switzerland is made up of employees from all over the World so whilst we pride ourselves on our high Swiss standards, we do also hope to incorporate the best of many different cultures. It's important that we are fast to market, but without compromising on the quality of our products or systems.

      Pros

      Interesting work in an international environment with multinational teams. Local contacts in more than 100 countries. Well known in global construction and industry markets.

      Cons

      Management occupied by the forced take-over of Staint Gobain. Very strong focused on profit and shareholder satisfaction, what keeps culture and values currently in the background.
