      Pros

      good paying job with wonderful heath care and the do provide you with uniforms and some tools. I have found most of the people there are nice and a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      It can be a dirty job in some areas and loud. The direct supervision threw out the plant needs to be increased along with man power to run more efficiently. There is a lot of nice newer expensive equipment that needs to be more automated and it could drastically improve over all production.

      I’d have to say the money and benefits is about all that’s good

      Cons

      Just about everything from management to leads to employees. Over worked and never let the employees know how there doing. Always working weekends to do materials running out all the time. They will hire just about anyone. No communication anywhere.
