No increment to 5 of the employees, but mid-year salary n position hike to the people who not been able to even sort out issues of providing drinkable water. Tonnes of material man-hanfled and later incinerated, nobody is bothered, not even the APac regional management. Work with Sika was like serving a sentence for crime not committed. Sika Jhagadia is managed like somebody's personal property and rest are the servants.
