      Pros

      Paid weekly. Bonuses but they keep shrinking

      Cons

      Chemicals, only 1 raise a year, new hires make more than employees who have been their for years. No cost of living raises. Hard work and the pay isn't worth it

      Good annual bonus Flexible work hours

      Cons

      Very heavy workload, not able to take time off. Everyone is in critical roles. Everyone doing the work of 2 employees. No cross-training or back-up when out of the office. Work is not double checked. Workload is unrealistic. No work/life balance.

      Crappy management and Human Resources is even worse. Shipping sucks. Never know when you’re going home. All the new ppl get stuck on overnights doing OT everyday.
