      Pros

      Pay, company policy adherence to a good standard. Looking for ways to improve among the team members.

      Cons

      Lack of communication at times. Some employees bite off more than they can chew. Which is not necessary because it is not their job in the first place.

      Good company but not a very good environment for a new talent to grow. Especially HR and top management needs to change

      1. Exploiting policies by HR for variable pay ( completely manipulated system not at all in favour of employee. No performance driven incentives) 2. HR is very unfriendly and rigid in the issues related to convenience of employee. No sense of any empathy. Intentionally delaying timely promotions of people citing totally irrelevant excuses. 3. HR is very rigid in salary negotiations and non cooperative in majority of the issues. 4. Favouritism in the management only preferred people grow. 5. No people development discussion within the organisation for people to grow.
