      well understanding if personal issues and listen to you very welcoming wherever you're from or your background

      Cons

      poorly organized (especially 2nd shift) chaotic missing materials a lot of times

      Pros

      Sika is not a company with flashy perks or fancy events. It is a company built on trust and strong relationships. Wherever you go in the world, when you visit a Sika office, you feel welcome. People treat you like a colleague. You share the same laughs, face the same challenges, and even have the same complaints. Sika has been part of my life through every milestone, from my master’s degree to the birth of my child. It may not offer free Fridays or themed parties, but it gives you something better: a decent job with good work-life balance and a respectful workplace where your ideas, knowledge, and experience are valued.

      Cons

      Because this is a specialist-oriented business, sometimes the details and processes can feel heavy.
