      A company that is very friendly to new employees

      Team members including leaders and colleagues get along well with each other and detailed HR guide for new employees, nice work environment ,have buddy and leader to train new employee ,across-functional team members cooperate and willing to share opinions

      better to add the information in internal website to view the company history and development in the past years

      Work is Hybrid and a lot of employees WFH.

      Cons

      Like all other companies they are also trying to force u to come back into work. Also there is not much future opportunities or to get promotes.
