Pros
people are kind to communicate, in daily life. many new people join.
Cons
too many issues to improve. not many people would like to make hard decisions. more and more Power BI reports look so fancy, but issues are not solved at all. no transparent on normal things, like HR policy on job title level, no clear employee career development path and etc. a lot of things in the past, in x-Siemens, they have. but not exist or not clear in Siemens Gamesa.
