Pros
Good work life balance at least in the team that I worked. Good business outlook considering the growth.
Cons
Management is not well trained and seems like without plan a lot of times. There was a policy introduced that they have to put a minimum percentage of team members in below average basket. This is so predatory, Decreases team collaboration as everybody starts competing with one another.
