Pros

Could have potential but do not treat their employees right. Happy cows make good milk. So that applies to developers. And management their is all about them selves. They do not treat their directs with dignity. After a year. I feels like escaping from a communistic camp. Sorry not much pros.

Cons

This company is run by the hard headed old timers that ant' let go of the product. They are very closed minded. The product has so much holes in it since i worked there. The customers that are using this is seeing layers of cake frosting over bad stale old cake. Product is using such an old 2000 technology that if there are decent competitors they should be dead soon.

Pros

While working as a Recruiting Coordinator at ServiceNow, I appreciated the competitive salary and solid benefits package. Compensation was definitely a strong point, and the company offers good perks compared to industry standards.

Cons

Management was a major downside. Leadership lacked emotional intelligence, creating a hostile and fear-driven work environment. Micromanagement was excessive, and rather than fostering growth and collaboration, some managers resorted to childish behavior, threats, and unnecessary pressure. Instead of feeling supported, many employees felt anxious and undervalued. ServiceNow has great potential, but unless leadership improves its approach to people management, the work culture will continue to suffer.
