Culture! People are open to ideas and to grow together, raising you hand to give an opinion does not cause bad looks, the opposite people encourage you to participate and share your knowledge

Cons

M&As have caused some disconnection among people, nothing too crazy as the new headcount is not really big but you can tell it has been causing a toll on people.
