Pros

ServiceNow offers competitive pay, fantastic benefits, unlimited PTO, but that's not why I love it here. The collaborative atmosphere, respectful and innovative culture, and energetic CEO make this the best place to work.

Cons

With unlimited PTO, it's easy to see others working so hard and convince yourself to not need downtime. Company shuts down once a quarter to try to alleviate it.
