Good product within the industry and industry leader

Cons

ServiceNow has a serious lack of Diversity. I see the team on LinkedIn constantly posting about Diversity and Inclusion but the sales team highly lacks in it. Just take a look at the sales team on LinkedIn and all you'll see that there is no diversity. Stay away if you don't fall into the norm of a good ol boys club.

Chaotic organization who's culture has lost it's way. Leadership at all levels has been poached from large tech organizations, but to the detriment of the culture. They have all the wrong people leading this organization.
