Pros

You will get good salary. You will get shares. You can do WFH.

Cons

Application is very SLOW. You will be stuck here because of shares. Worst Work for core developer. Application is so abstracted that you just need to do ticking in checkboxes. You do not have access to any real code. Employee's bonus and growth is depend on relationship with manager or senior employee, hard work and helping nature won't work here. Anybody can spread a calumny about anyone to Manager.

free lunch free snacks mostly great people shiny macbook

Cons

too many drivers-all running each other down, time to think about how the slogan really plays out opinions not really wanted employees are disposable team environment non-existent

Great salary, Stock option, not much else.

Cons

Everything else, really! Poor work/life balance, extremely corporate, petty management, farcical bonus scheme, you name it, it happens at Servicenow.
