Pros

Strong growth, amazing product, leading in the market, flexibility with the job, unlimited income potential.

Cons

There is a sense of being in an island working remotely. Also, company is growing very fast so a lot of change organizationally.

One of the fastest growing cloud software companies in the industry. Performance based culture so high performers are rewarded exceptionally well.

Cons

Must be comfortable "building/driving" this is not a culture for passive people who just want to blend in.

- Exciting project - Great people on the team - Manager usually fair - if you have to work many extra hours - potentially get time in lieu (at manager's discretion)

Cons

- Can be stressful at time - Work/life balance can be challenged but see point 3 of Pros as a mitigator
