Pros

ServiceNow is a company that grows exponentially and as such give lots of opportunity. The culture is great as they allow to move from one group to the other. Thi allows to learn more and more about the company and the products.

Cons

Lot of opportunity corresponds to lot of competition too...

Such rapid high growth - need more process and systems support, L&D, leadership training. Policies need to be revisited as we scale

Travel. Always on the road. Internal leadership lacks vision or diversity. Very little culture diversity within in internal support teams.
