The offices and freedom to work anywhere

Cons

Toxic culture full of people who recite PowerPoint slides thinking they are the world best account executives. Sales teams rule the roost and everyone else falls in line. Poor management structure who are afraid stand up for their teams because of a bullying structure

Horrible racial equity

Pros

RSUs and unlimited PTO are the only pros that come to mind.

Cons

This company does not walk the walk when it comes to racial equity. Black employees are leaving in mass numbers, the data doesn’t lie. If you speak out against racial inequalities you will become a target. You will with have to file a complaint with the EEOC or they will find a reason to fire you. I personally know someone who’s going through this right now. I wish she would expose ServiceNow
