The only advantage is the hybrid working model

Cons

- Use of your OWN Laptop - No advantages at all - Poor Management - No processes at all - No investment in tools and technology to make the tasks properly If you are looking for a challenging job with career opportunities it's not the right place for you.

There are not pros in this company, luckily you end up not working and getting paid your salary, it is the only thing I could say

Cons

I've never seen such bad management of a company. Everyone getting blamed for inexisting things, employees getting paid late, suppliers or sub-contractors not even paid yet after 6 months. There are people who will end up in jail in this company.
