      JUST RUN! I IGNORED THE REVIEWS AND IT WAS THE WORST THING! RUN AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SAKE!

      The HR guy is the best human being ever.

      Cons

      Well, pretty much everything. The company is extremely unstable, the CEO is a hot and cold that doesn’t know how to manage a company, you can do extra hours and extra work but it won’t be recognized, the turnover rate is huge because she hires and fires people as she pleases, low salaries, health insurance is the only benefit, be ready for micromanaging upon you etc etc etc. do you a favor and RUN AWAY! I ignored what people in here said and it was the worst thing I could do. For your own sake STAY AWAY!

      Nice but fake team leaders, usually everyone is friendly

      -THEY WILL FIRE YOU IN THE FIRST 2-4MONTHS - FAST HIGHER FASTER FIRE SYSTEM -Super controlling, if you are working here don't fall for their scams, you won't get any bonuses ever -If you aren't on the platform for 10min they automatically reduce your salary for 30minutes -It doesn't matter if you employed 10 people a day or 1 in a week, you will be treated the same, you will have reduced salaries if you were on a call for 11 minutes instead of clicking on the platform(they will tell you it won't be reduced, it's a lie) -THEY DONT SEND SALARIES ON TIME, USUALLY UP TO A MONTH LATE -this is just the tip of the iceberg
