      Secureworks has some of the best talent around. You are constantly surrounded by brilliant people who are sincerely looking to help others through cyber security. The organisation has some great leadership and continues to be leaders in their industry.

      Cons

      Often innovation is slow and clunky, things are being worked on to improve processes and will only be a matter of time before things are streamlined.

      Training budget, work-life balance (at least on the project I worked on)

      Lack of retaining employees and small compensations. Great dental insurance though.
