Pros
The only Pros working here for many years were the nice and genuine friends I have made.
Cons
No appreciation from top management. Only get on with your work! No recognition or reward on career progression even after years of loyalty. Always numerous excuses by Top Management that I need to do more to prove myself for higher positions. Salaries and benefits too are very poor having compared to other lift companies who pay much better in similar roles.
