Pros

brand name - however it is only matter of time - there is nothing much to talk about the Pros

Cons

- highly unprofessional management style in Bangalore - very poor man mangement - lack of training - valuable time wasted in reviews and re-reviews (Sat evenings + Mon mornings!!!) with no decisons and only demotivating bragging - very high attrition rates and no attempt by the top management to find out the real reason for the high attrition rate (maybe it is never reported or brought to anybody's attention)

Pros

high compensation is the only good thing, pay and benefits, but the company is buying your compliance, it's hard to come up with 20 words of pros to report

Cons

horrible place to work. every negative thing a workplace can have is here. Terrible service to the customers, poor employee morale, high turnover, severe micromanaging. If you speak up about problems, you're told to be silent or they move you on. The customers and employees, through surveys, continuously tell the story of how bad things are, year after year. The latest ceo is an improvement, but the culture is beyond his control.

Pros

*Left on good terms* 40 Hours guaranteed Most employees fun to be around Decent Overtime when you want it.

Cons

Supervisors lack knowledge, they push extra projects on you and don't show you how to do them so you get held accountable for any problems. No appreciation for special projects done. Upper management does not care about you, they will tell you to do something and when you do it yell at you. When brought in through a temporary agency you are told that you will be hired in within 3 months. This is a LIE - I had to seek other employment due to no health benefits for 8 months while waiting. Have to be careful of certain co-workers who will gang up on you, and cause a hostile work environment. Supervisors will 'mandate' you to over time when you shouldn't be due to their based on seniority system and when you bring the mistake to their attention they will make you work it or face attendance issues. Attendance policy is terrible, you could be leaving work to seek medical attention because you are so sick and you will still face points based on their terrible attendance policy even if you provide documentation. Upper management outside of the Call Center do not care how the manager of the call center treats the employees.
