During my tenure at this company, I've observed frequent changes in upper management. While change can be beneficial, the lack of transparency and clear communication regarding these transitions has created an atmosphere of uncertainty among employees. This has led to some concerns about organizational stability

Questionable hiring practices

Great benefit and salary package.

Cons

Hiring practices skew towards a less diverse environment. Upper management fight like cats and dogs. I was not accustomed to that. Leaders should have it out behind closed doors and not at a town hall which they have every 5 minutes. Lots of gossipy men that like to mansplane everything.
