People in the company are all very nice and cooperative. Very focus on safety and technical training. If you are idnetified as a talent, you will be much focused on career development.

Cons

Good company with great products but too many process to follow so that any changes or strategies will drag for a long time to be discussed and implemented. However, benefit is just okay.
