Good Pay, healthy amount of OT, PTO, friendly Co workers, customer service week is a blast but too bad it's only one week long.

Cons

Pay could be higher, the job gets repetitive, hard to advance to a different department. So far it seems like management is all hired from an outside source. They don't hire managers or supervisors within.

Organisation with strong HR & People Practices . Especially employee benefits are quite high then other allied companies. Employee Engagement is very high in the organisation. One of the nicest place to work for.
