Lack of opportunity, but seemed stable long term.

Stable company. Generous Per-diem. I was in a position which they wanted keep for a long time.

Cons

Not the most interesting or high-tech work. Little to no travel. Little room for vertical advancement. Compensation was below average for the area.

Pros

Coworkers are extremely friendly due to the waves of people who come through.Overtime is nice and readily available.

Cons

Some stupid stuff like using "crap" or "pissed" on the messages and being written up. Or having your desk randomly changed. Also, points accumulate too quickly and they won't take people's emergency situations into consideration. Takes toooooo long to me hired in; took 10 months.

Cons

Constant changes in Top level management doesn't recognise long serving employees. Need a management and financial structure change! ASAP!
